Join us at the barre for a low-impact, high-energy workout. We offer multiple barre class formats every week that are guaranteed to get your muscles burning.

  • ENGAGE is designed for all levels and, if new to barre, we highly recommend taking 3 ALIGN classes in advance to learn not only terminology, but also, flow and core class components. This high-energy, fast-paced 50-minute full workout will strengthen and lengthen muscles and tone your entire body. With upbeat music, quick cuing and on-tempo dynamic pacing, you will be challenged while receiving modifications to stay on track and true to a pace that feels right for you.

    ENGAGE layers in more intensity through movement, weights or use of class-assigned props (ball, resistance band, sliders and more). Ideal for anyone looking to enhance their technique, push their limits, and adopt a lasting physical routine to feel better inside and out.

  • BURN combines barre with cardio interval conditioning. True to barre fundamentals, this is a low impact, foundation-based workout that elevates intensity and delivers a solid core-strengthening, muscle-toning and heart-pumping cardiovascular workout.

    Expect a fast paced 50-minute class with tempo based music that efficiently engages all core muscular groups.

    While not mandatory, it is recommended 8-10 barre classes prior to have a solid barre foundation. Cuing and teacher guidance/support is provided

  • ALIGN is your foundation for success in all our barre classes. This 60-minute class is perfect for all levels, focused on the essential moves and alignment of muscles with joints to help you safely master each exercise; precise set-up cuing, simple variations, hands-on adjustments and modifications. If returning from injury, pregnant, inflexible, or nervous-to-try, this supportive class has everything you need to introduce your body to a whole new way of moving.

    ALIGN will give you the barre building blocks in technique and class flow to confidently take ENGAGE or BURN. Whether you are new to barre or refining your practice, you will be stronger every class you take.
